Our client is seeking an HR / Recruiting Coordinator to join their Stamford team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in HR, recruiting, or administration who is looking to grow their career while supporting a mix of HR, recruiting, and administrative functions.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day recruiting and HR coordination, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and follow-up
• Assist with onboarding and other employee-related processes
• Maintain accurate employee and candidate records
• Coordinate across teams to keep processes, projects, and deadlines on track
• Support HR initiatives and provide general administrative assistance to the team
• Assist with various projects and day-to-day operational needs

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in HR, recruiting, administrative, or coordination roles within a large financial services or tech firm
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across teams
• Bachelor's degree preferred

What We Offer

• $80k - $95k total compensation, dependent on experience
• Hybrid schedule with 3 days per week in the Stamford, CT office
