This is a hybrid position in Pittsburgh, PA. You will be working mainly from home as part-time Local Success Coach (LSC)! It is a great part-time position for anyone interested in cultural exchange, child care and child development, helping families be successful, and engaging with international young adults.
We are looking for a Local Success Coach to help support our Host Families and Au Pairs in your area and build strong relationships with Families in your area and Au Pairs from around the world.
Employment Type:
· Part-time, estimated 1.4 hrs. / wk.
· Hybrid. Mostly work from home with some in person events and meetings.
· Independent contractor / 1099 / self-employed
· Candidate must live within one hour drive time of the posted location.
Make your own schedule/hours while adhering to timely requirements of Au Pair program regulations. Must be self-motivated, sales-driven and professional with interpersonal & counseling skills.
