Job Title: Masonry Laborer

Job Description
seeking a hardworking and dependable Masonry Laborer to assist skilled masons on commercial and residential construction projects throughout New Jersey. This position involves supporting masonry crews with material handling, site preparation, mixing mortar, and maintaining a safe and productive job site.
Responsibilities
Assist masons with brick, block, stone, and concrete installation.
Mix mortar, grout, and cement according to project specifications.
Transport and stage materials, tools, and equipment around the job site.
Cut and prepare masonry materials as directed.
Set up scaffolding, ladders, and work areas.
Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work sites.
Perform demolition, restoration, and repair work as needed.
Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures.
Support crew members with general construction labor duties.
Qualifications
Previous construction or masonry experience preferred but not required.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs. regularly and perform physically demanding work.
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Experience using hand and power tools.
Reliable transportation to job sites.
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
