This role focuses on detailed finish work, corrections, and touch-ups identified during inspections or walkthroughs.Key ResponsibilitiesComplete punch list items including repairs, adjustments, and finishing workPerform light carpentry tasks such as trim installation, door adjustments, hardware installation, and cabinetry touch-upsRepair drywall, patch, sand, and prepare surfaces for paintingPerform paint touch-ups, caulking, and minor texture workInstall and adjust doors, baseboards, crown molding, and other finish carpentry elementsIdentify deficiencies and proactively address quality issuesEnsure all work meets company standards, project specifications, and client expectationsMaintain a clean and safe work environmentCommunicate effectively with superintendents, project managers, and other trades
