Punch Press Operator We are seeking an energetic, quality-focused
Punch Press Operator to join our client's manufacturing team in Berlin, WI. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and running steel rule dies, performing part inspections during production runs, troubleshooting machine adjustments, and working collaboratively within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Work Hours (Shift) - 1st shift
Starting Pay - $17/hr
Required Experience - At least 1 years of experience
Responsibilities - Machine Setup & Operation: Set up and run steel rule dies on punch presses according to job specifications.
- Machine Troubleshooting & Adjustments: Identify machine issues, make necessary operational adjustments, and perform routine troubleshooting to maintain workflow.
- Quality Inspection: Inspect parts while running using calipers and rulers to ensure all products meet strict quality standards.
- Blueprint Reading: Read and accurately interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job specifications.
Qualifications - Proficiency with precision measuring tools, specifically rulers and calipers.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work orders.
- Solid mechanical, math, and reading comprehension skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
