Your work will directly impact the efficiency and success of our store network and corporate leaders.

  • Event Orchestration: Plan and execute seamless regional meetings, leadership summits, team-building events, and conference calls—including managing agendas, catering, room setup, digital logistics, and follow-up action items.
  • Seamless Travel: Arrange detailed domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation, while anticipating and mitigating potential travel-related disruptions.
  • Expense Management: Oversee expense reporting and reconciliation processes, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and strict adherence to deadlines.

3. Business Intelligence & Budget Support

  • Financial Administration: Provide administrative support for budget tracking, expense forecasting, and departmental cost monitoring.
  • Action-Item Management: Monitor departmental deadlines and track key deliverables to ensure team goals are met on time.

Qualifications

Experience & Education

  • 5+ years of progressive experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Office Manager, preferably within a fast-paced corporate environment (retail, apparel, or consumer goods is a strong plus).

  • Tech-Savvy: Comfort learning and navigating proprietary business intelligence dashboards and expense management systems.

Core Competencies

  • Exceptional Communication: Stellar verbal and written communication skills with an ability to interact confidently with executive-level leaders, vendors, and store teams.
  • Prioritization & Agility: Proven at managing competing priorities, maintaining laser focus on detail, and meeting tight deadlines under minimal supervision.
  • Uncompromising Integrity: Absolute discretion and professionalism when handling highly sensitive and confidential organization data.
  • Collaborative Mindset: A natural team player who embodies a customer-first focus, takes accountability, and cultivates continuous learning.
