Ready for a change, but don't want to start over at the bottom? The Cooper Group is hiring remote client advisors from all backgrounds. If you've worked with people in any role, you already have the most important skill. We'll teach you the rest.

You'll work from home, meet virtually with families who have reached out for help, and walk them through options to protect their home and their income. Our focus is mortgage protection and life insurance, and full training is provided.

Who we're looking for

• People with backgrounds in sales, retail, banking, hospitality, healthcare, customer service, education, the military, or any job where you've helped people.
• People looking for a second income or a full career change.
• Self-starters who are comfortable with 1099 independent contractor work and commission-based pay.
• Anyone willing to get their state life and health license. If you aren't licensed yet, we'll walk you through it.
• People ready to commit to the first 90 days of learning and production.

A typical day

• Reach out to families who requested information about coverage.
• Meet with clients by phone or video.
• Help them choose a plan that fits their needs and budget.
• Follow our proven process while building your own book of business.
