Skills Required: Previous officiating experience or sports related experience as a coach or player. No experience no problem! We will get you certified.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of the sport's rules, make quick and confident decisions, and communicate clearly with players, coaches, and fellow officials. Physical fitness, mental focus, and emotional resilience are essential, as is the ability to work collaboratively as part of an officiating team. A passion for the sport and a commitment to continuous improvement are highly valued.
