UPS/FedEx Parcel Logistics Coordinator

Employer: Atlas Seals

Where: Salt Lake City, UT

Pay Range: $19–$25/hour

Hours: 7:00am–3:30pm (Day)

Role snapshot
  • Own the outbound flow of small-parcel shipments from packaging to label generation.
  • Use UPS and FedEx software to process, verify, and release shipments.
  • Sequence daily workload to meet deadlines and keep carriers moving.
  • Coordinate with the Finishing/Assembly Manager and pick up supplemental tasks tied to the role.
Core responsibilities
  • Package products with care and consistency to prevent transit damage.
  • Measure, weigh, and document parcels accurately before label creation.
  • Print and apply carrier labels, verifying addresses and service levels.
  • Stage and hand off shipments to align with scheduled pickups.
What this job is not
  • No freight or LTL shipping.
  • No forklift operation.
  • No picking orders from stock.
  • No inventory management or receiving.
Qualifications
  • Organized, with strong prioritization skills.
  • High attention to detail in packaging and data entry.
  • Comfortable with basic computer tasks and carrier software.
  • Willing to learn and follow established shipping procedures.
  • Available for the 7:00am–3:30pm day shift.
Training

You will receive on-the-job instruction and guidance from the Finishing/Assembly Manager for any additional duties connected to this position.
